The Legionnaires Lawyer has uncovered a legionella exposure outbreak event in November 2022 at the Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach Hotel in Freeport, Bahamas. Cruise ships including the Margaritaville at Sea Paradise Cruise and Norwegian Cruise Lines appear to be the trip organizers.
We are representing several victims, and are analyzing materials from the Federal Center for Disease Control (CDC) that show multiple previous exposures at the same hotel. Anyone with exposure to legionella or having a diagnosis of Legionnaires’ Disease or pneumonia injury or even resulting in death while in the Bahamas and stayed at the Viva Wyndam Fortuna Beach Hotel may have a claim for recovery.
